LP - Sam Bourcy (2-6)
A big crowd was on hand as the Hogz returned to league play after their impressive 4th place Prairie Rose Games showing. The team looked ready to play after a couple first inning hits led to a one run lead. The only problem was that Navteq came out firing even harder. The opponents first 6 batters reached base on hits and after it was all said and done they had scored 5 runs in the first. The Hogz tried to battle back in the second, but left the bases loaded and only managed to get 2 runs out of the inning. But Navteq's bats kept rolling and the Hogz bats were shut down. By the end of the hitting melee, the opponents had 10 runned the Hogz in just six innings of work. Sam Bourcy and Matt Peterson had multi-hit games for the Hogz.
